A 50% deposit is required for a group or individual travelers to reserve hunting dates. Hunt balances are due no later than 60 days from your scheduled hunt. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for detailed information.
It depends on both the country you’re traveling to and your nationality. In the event that you need a visa, we will be happy to provide you with invitations from the lodge you’re staying at and help with useful information regarding the embassies and consulates you need to apply at. Unfortunately, most embassies require the applicant’s presence so we can’t apply for you but we’ll make it as easy as possible!
As most travels, it is preferable to book at least four to five months in advance. It gives us all –you, Huntourage, and the lodges- enough time to prepare for your travel procedures and your stay.
Our hunt cancellation policy is implemented to protect both yourself and Huntourage. In most cancellation cases, fees that have been paid for booking a hunting trip may be used to book future hunts to occur within the calendar year, not including year-to-year price increases, a small rebooking charge, and cost of already paid hunting licenses and permits. In other cases, fees already paid for a hunt deposit or balance cannot be reimbursed unless said hunt is booked by another paying hunter. In all cases, trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
You can carpe that hunting Diem and travel solo on our hosted hunts, meeting other hunters from all around the world, or you can gather your hunting friends and book a customized trip. You choose, we make it happen.
Life happens and unplanned circumstances can alter your trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all hunting and fishing trips.
All of our partners have a wide variety of shotguns and rifles to rent. However, if you prefer to bring your own firearm, we can assist you with all the permit procedures.
